Nearly twenty-five years ago, textile industry leader Yuming Pan saw the future—then he built it!  His vision was to construct a production facility that would give designers both the flexibility and the control they need to create a wide diversity of products in lower quantities while preserving high quality and maintaining low costs.  The solution: a high-tech vertical mill.

The culmination of over two decades of perfecting textile production, the company’s global success is the result of constant investment in the most creative professionals and the most innovative new technologies.  The Shanghai TiQiao production facility is a state of the art “vertical mill” that offers perfectly integrated Spinning, Dyeing, Knitting, Finishing, Sweater knitting, Mercerization and Garment Cut and Sew operations.  It also boasts one of the world’s leading textile Research and Development facilities and a full scale Testing Laboratory.  All operations are carried out in-house to assure quality and consistency. 

Steeped in a corporate culture that emphasizes reliability and integrity, the company is committed to excellence as the only standard.  Mr. Pan’s team has earned international acclaim for a wide variety of new and innovative products.  At the same time, they have demonstrated an enduring commitment to preserving, protecting and restoring the environment.  Pioneering new solutions were developed which succeeded in reducing water usage by 15 tons per ton of fabric produced, created energy savings of 9 percent, decreased chemical usage by 50 to 70 percent across all processes, and cut solid waste by over 25 tons per ton of knitted fabrics.
